The W&FS in Ballarat have always supported new fine Dining experiences. You may not have had the opportunity yet to visit Cafe Bibo, Paul Martino has forwarded this invitation, from Charlie Graham, to a wine tasting of Dogrock wines. Might be worth a trip.
