TAPAS in more detail... Michael Unwin chooses to make single vineyard varietal wines, which means the grapesused to produce each individual wine are grown and sourced from a single vineyard. Therefore we don't always have a large quantity of one vintage. Michael Unwin Winesproduce quality wine over quantity. This also often results in more exclusive or unusualvarieties of wine that are not as well recognised by most people.So what we do; on the 3rd Sunday of the month is hold “Tapas” where we invite thepublic to an extended wine tasting of a selection of 6 of our highly acclaimed winesand match those wines with a delicious 6 course luncheon. Guests can try wine varietiesthey may have never tried, or heard of before, enjoy a long lunch and speak directlyto the wine maker. It's been described by one of our customers on Face-book as"the longest, best, most fun wine tasting they've ever been to" - and we hope that sums up the experience for ...
